Temporary Traffic Circle to be erected at Pomona, Adella & 7th Street intersection.
June 25th, 2008 Posted in Coronado NewsCoronado City Council agreed to set up a temporary traffic circle at the intersection of Pomona, Adella & 7th Street as a test run to make the large intersection safer. Traffic comes from four directions and right of way is not always clear to drivers. One resident circulated a petition and gathered signatures from 100 people which prompted city council to take action. After an undetermined review time, the city council will decide whether to proceed with a permanent roundabout. Costs have been estimated to be up to $1million for construction.
