CHS Girls Soccer wins SD Section Division IV Final
March 2nd, 2008 Posted in CHS Sports, Coronado Schools & Youth ActivitiesThird-seeded Coronado High School Islanders Girls’ Soccer beat top-seeded and defending co-champion Bishop’s 1-0 for their third title in six years. Freshman Mallory Mitchell wound up scoring the winning goal for the varsity in the section Division IV final yesterday at Helix High. Mallory started the soccer season on the Coronado JV team, but converted to Varsity with three minutes left in the game, taking the Islanders on to victory! Read more here……
