California American Water Rate Increase

The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) has approved California American Water’s request for a rate increase to all customers of 7.7%, effective Saturday, September 13, 2008. This rate increase is in response to the increased cost of the purchased water supplied by the City of San Diego to California American Water.
