Cal-Am Water Company moving to Coronado
November 4th, 2008 Posted in City of Coronado, Coronado NewsA seven-year, $2.56 million lease has been signed by California American Water Company Inc. for 8,751 square feet of office space in Island Terraces at 1033 B Ave in Coronado. The office space will fill the second floor of the building.
Island Terraces is a three-story mixed-use building designed by Galvin Cristilli Parshalle Architects. It includes 50 underground and 10 covered surface parking spaces.
